    Hi Albert,

For adding breathing space in tablet and mobile devices, I have followed the same process as in the desktop. I first reset all the margins and paddings in different elements and then increased the spacing in the carousel element.

    Thanks KC.

Could I check with you? The client wants to know how to track which editors logged on to edit which web pages. This is to check who might be responsible if there are errors on a page.

    Blessings,

    Albert

    Hi Albert,

Please checkout the Simple History plugin.  I am not sure if the plugin would capture the revisions made in Brizy well. Please also keep in mind that a plugin like this can add some bloat to WordPress database.

    Hi KC,

    Your recommendation is very helpful.

How do we identify the Brizy blocks by the IDs eg ?

    "Updated global blocks "556843f1fb7f3899e7a1f73e4859a577"

It seems some blocks are not "global" even though identified as such.

    Thanks!

    Blessings,

    Albert

    Hi Albert,

If you would like to identify the unique ID of a block, please

    1. Open the page in the Brizy editor
    2. Right click on the block and select 'Inspect' in Google Chrome
    3. In the Inspect panel that opens up, identify a line which starts with 'Section' and look for a line like this. The UID mentioned here should be the ID of the block.
    data-uid="zsqzdmifaqincyqmyviffvhwwqfuuaobhngc"

    Please watch this video. https://jmp.sh/6KC86tc

If you feel some blocks are not global, please check its display conditions and confirm it the block is set to display on all the necessary pages.

    Hi KC,

Thank you for your usual excellent help with video!

Simple History mentions that a block ID has been edited. How do we find which web page based on the ID (rather than find the ID of a block on a known page)?

    Blessings

    Hi Albert,

Identifying the page based on the block ID could be a difficult task. Here is one way you can achieve it. Think of making a spreadsheet with all the Pages, its blocks, and its block IDs. Copy the block ID from the plugin simple history and do a 'Find' in the spreadsheet for the block ID. From the spreadsheet you can get to know the page and the specific block the block ID relates to. If your website has several pages, creating this spreadsheet can involve some effort.

I have a request for you. This thread has become quite long. We have discussed multiple topics under the same thread. Do you mind adding a new question instead of adding a new comment to a previous question to keep each thread a single topic?
