Database bloat
Hey there,
I have a WaaS license and am in the process of launching my platform. I have 40 new customers I am ready to onboard, and putting the final touches on my network.
At present, I have 3 websites on my network. Each of which is extremely minimal - just a couple of brizy-built pages. All very basic.
Each of those websites DB postmeta tables is clocking in around 30mb, with just 3-4 simple pages each. Again, these are super basic vanilla template sites - and once people start building on my platform, its only going to multiply per site.
Each subsite's postmeta table has thousands of entries on these basic template sites. For such simple sites, this is quite concerning. What would it be for a more complex site? How is this going to scale?
I've already used WP-Optimize to clean the database, thats not the issue.. Something inside of the Brizy architecture is a database hog.
I'm trying to wrap my head around how I could host 100+ websites on this platform - if each site's brizy postmeta was on average 100mb+, that gets crazy fast!
Are there any plans to address this?
Thanks in advance...

Hi,
We can also recommend optimizing the site by using a Cache cleaner, Image optimization (here we recommend using the ShortPixel plugin that will help you to optimize all Brizy images from Brizy image folder) and using a correct hosting plan. Also, could you try to deactivate Brizy Free and Brizy Pro from Network admin and check how big is the database?
Thanks!
Best regards,
