I finally read that Brizy Cloud White Label is coming.

I followed the latest news on Trello and your article

I would like some clarification

We bought a Brizy Pro Life Time license and until November 1st 2022 we also have Brizy Cloud Studio.

Our intention on September 18th is to buy Brizy Cloud CMS Agency with the white label function

1. if before September 18th I upgrade my cloud plan to $ 99 for unlimited hosted domains in Brizy Cloud and after September 18th I buy the agency plan at (49 / month or 499 per year)
What changes in my Brizy Cloud Agency plan?

2. I would like to know if the White Label settings are similar to those of Wordpress? For example, in the Page Builder setup, can we set a link for our support with video tutorials in Italian?

3. I would like to confirm this which I have read in the White Label description.
I guess we provide our own Maria.com domain and with a CNAME redirect customers see my domain and not Brizy domain. It's correct?
The page builder is always on your servers. It's correct?
My domain will also be shown in the subdomain publishing option: example fitness.maria.com. It's correct?

4. Funnel Builder function
Currently in our version Brizy Cloud is not present

6. Customer / Site Management
I imagine that for the management of the sites by our customers it will be set up in this way.

We build the site and then assign it to our client with an editor level. It's correct?

Can we block and restrict access to our customer from different IP addresses at the same time?

Can we limit the client's account to only one project / site? or more projects / sites?

In the Team Members profile section a small window opens, I believe it is the same for our customers.

    Hey, 

    Let me take them one at a time: 

    1. No changes, the Agency plan doesn't stack with the Studio plan. So you can't have unlimited from the Studio and White label from the Agency and mash them together. 

    2. yes, in the on boarding process we'll ask you multiple things, and the support and about URLs will be some of them. 

    3. correct for both accounts, our brizy.cloud and brizy.site domains will be masked with yours. 

    4. funnels are not there yet in Brizy cloud, when they'll be added you'll get them as part of your plan. There is still some way to go as we need to bring in other functionality in first. You can create a funnel right now, string some pages together, and you are done. Will not have the bells and whistles but it will work I think. At least until we bring in the Funnel functionality in the future. 

    5. we are working in it, this will not be present on the 18th but we are nearly there with the functionality, for this we'll need users and roles as well added in Brizy Cloud, front end logins and registration features for your users. 

    6. everything will be white labeled, the links that are not relevant will be removed, the links that are relevant like support and about will be changed with yours. 

    regarding the team member, yes you can invite your client as a team members in his workspace/sub account. Each client with his/hers sub account. You don't invite team members on a project lvl but on the workspace lvl. This way your client will have access to all the projects created in the workspace, so keep that in mind. 

    IPs can't be blocked, but you can't delete the team member invite and your client will not have access to the project going forward. 

    7. you don't have access to back ups and restoration, but we do on our side, everything is backed up and we can restore any project for you in case ... Just to let you know, in the past year, we had no such attacks or problems with losing any projects.

    4. Funnel Builder: At the moment I understand that this feature is not active. Ok

    I would like to know if it is possible to manually build a funnel like this:

    Where "ebook" for me is the beginning of the funnel

    With Wordpress it is sufficient to assign the Parent / Child page

    With Brizy Cloud I didn't understand how to do it.

    Currently with my plan in Brizy Cloud I can only add Members and not customers.

    So, I figured the profile window I see for my member is similar to the customers one.

    Can I create a subdomain with my client's domain? For example

    As an administrator, can I copy a ready-made site and create a new project quickly?and then change it?

    Hey Maria, 

    Related to the funnel functionality, you are correct we don't have it in Brizy yet. 

    But what is funnel exactly ? a couple of pages stringed together right ? You can build this funnel your self, just build those 3 pages and then put buttons or links that go to the next page, I'm not sure if there is more to it than this. You can even use our contact form to collect a lead and then tell the contact form to redirect to one of your next pages in the funnel only after the information is filled and successful sent to you. 

    The features you are referring with the link you gave me, is our ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) functionality in Brizy Cloud. You don't probably see them because you are in a project(s) that is older than the date we\'ve added the functionality in. If you create a new project in Brizy Cloud 

    Checked your account, 2 projects don't have this features - https://jmp.sh/1CVSm9h. The rest do and any project you'll create as new.

    As for the second part, you are trying to make a distinction between team members and customers. But they are the same from the point of view of the System. They are all team members. You just invite them all as team members. Have a workspace for each client and invite them as part of your team. 

    for you clients, you invite them into a work space like you have that Chris one. The clients are separated each in a workspace, they will have access to all those projects in that workspace, so don't put multiple clients in the same workspace as all will view others projects. Invitations on the team members will happen on the workspace level, not on the project lvl. Limiting clients to do certain things there, these are what Roles are for, when you invite them you asign them a role: more here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360036481071-Team-Members-Roles

    as admin we don't have a duplicate project option, but you can duplicate projects like this as a work around until we bring that in the future: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041770872-How-to-duplicate-projects-

    Funnel Builder

    You are right, I see it in new projects and I was able to create a Custom Asset and create the three pages for the "Ebook" funnel
    I have to say it was quick and easy.

    Yes to Chris we have assigned a project and I would like to understand if I can build a site for him set on the subdomain of his domain.
    For example, his domain is Fitenss.com

    Can I set up a Masterclass.fitness.com subdomain for my clients?

    Project duplication

    We already know this procedure but when you have to copy 20 pages it becomes a procedure that takes time.
    But we are happy to know that you are working on this.

    In this regard I want to make you aware that there are problems with Brizy Page Builder both with the Cloud version and with the Wordpress version.

    The problem is with Google Crome, maybe you are already aware of it. After adding text, it cannot be edited. Or it disappears completely.
    We cleared the cache but to no avail.
    With Firefox ESR version this problem is not there and it works well.

    @creoid Hi, I checked with my colleagues that the Studio plan with unlimited licenses cannot be combined with the Agency plan. The White Label options of the Agency plan must be on a separate account. For example on your AppSumo account.

    This is in contrast to what you answered the first time ...

    Your answer begins like this:

    1. you'll basically have Brizy Cloud white label with unlimited websites ....

    We upgraded to $ 99 based on your answers. Can I have any clarifications?

    That is correct, it is in contrast with what I've answered before. That was a wrong answer and I've corrected it just now. I apologise for my mistake, it happens and we'll fully refund you if you want it's not a problem.

    I had a wrong understanding on how the Agency plan actually works technically because of the white label options. 

    Now I do after double checking with my colleagues and posted a correction in Trello and here.

    White label options for any Agency plan or Appsumo cumstomers need to be applied on either a new account for Agency users or on the Appsumo account for the AppSUmo customers. 

    These doesn't stack with any other plans Studio or otherwise. So in other words you can't have unlimited websites from the Studio plan, and white label options from the Agency plan and match them together to get unlimited white label websites with unlimited hosting and white label on top. 

    I hope this is made clear now. 

    Of course if the upgrade is a problem and that is the only reason you upgraded, I can issue a full refund right now. Only let me know.

    yes you can.

    it's on the list, not that easy to do, we'll do it eventually. The way you do it right now is the way to go. Not ideal I agree, but it works for now until we bring in duplication

    not familiar with any issues like this. Text is working fine just tested it in Cloud & WordPress, probably something related to a Chorme extensions that you have active. If it works in Firefox. Check that.
