Embed Element did not work
This app is "intuitive" - sort of... I starting building a Contact Page using Brizy Cloud Pro.
I have not been able to update a single block, except for text. Content can be deleted, but nothing can be added or replaced.
Replacing the Contact Form on a template layout with the form script from my CRM is mission-critical. Data would be stored directly into it.

Following the directions on this page -- https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041724032-Code-Injection-3rd-party-scripts-embed
...tried to embed this simple script into a Block:
<script src="https://app.XXXXXXXXX.com/frm/RMiRf9rK5SsseQy.js"></script> (the app name is blocked out). Are there 3rd party apps that are not supported?
Multiple attempts; also tried using New Blocks on the page. Failed each time!
Are there upload file format, file size, prerequisite block resizing steps... The documentation is woefully oversimplified. The short Getting Started and Overview videos cover stuff that we can figure out just by exploring the app!
I've built webpages in HTML before, but wanted to try this to "save time and EFFORT" for DIY. Not working so far. I am also a hands-on, show me, tactical learner. So, if steps are left out of "help" topics, this leaves users lost and wastes time. I have no time to waste!!

Hi,
thank you for your interest in our product.
First, the code injection option is for the codes to be added globally in the project (in the header and footer). From what I understand, you are trying to add an external contact form. For this, there is no need to add the code in the header or footer. Does the 3rd party app ask you to do this? Try to put your code directly on the page using the Embed element.

Thank you, Alex.
I was trying to "put your code directly on the page using the Embed element." I had already noted that the header//footer option was invalid.
Doesn't the code have to go into a page Block? The pop-up opens. The code is pasting in, but then there is no result -- i.e.: No form is visible.
Should I try a different browser? Google Chrome, perhaps? I'm using Firefox. Believe it or not, this does sometimes affect the functionality of online software!

Hi,
Does the application you use somehow validate the code based on domain or can you use it on any site? Please send your embed code and we'll do some testing. Thanks.

Hello, Alex.
Thank you for replying. This app shows great promise, but the learning curve is too long for me.
Web design is not my full-time focus and I was hoping this app would be easier to learn and use.It is not quite as intuitive as one might think!

Hi,
Are you referring to Brizy or to the application you use for custom forms? If it's Brizy, what difficulties did you encounter?

"This app" -- i.e.: Brizy Cloud. Why would I refer to another app here?
The documentation is insufficiently detailed. Logical actions -- like copying and pasting code into a pop-up box, then expecting to see the result, yielding disappointment instead.
The other app has context-sensitive help, VERY detailed documentation, along with drill-down links to related topics -- not a knowledge base to wade through. If you don't know what you don't know, generalized help does not help much.
As a former Business Analyst, I know what kind of help users need. That level of documentation is not yet here on this site.
This isn't enough --
Brizy Cloud

okay, thank you for your feedback. We have a Youtube channel where you can find quite useful information: https://www.youtube.com/c/BrizyWordPressWebsiteBuilder/videos and there is also this support community, where you can ask questions at any time.
