Animated Texts and Buttons not Loading Properly
I reached out to SiteGround support regarding the issue we are having with animated text and buttons on mobile views (noted below) and they suggested I reach out to you.
Can you assist / fix our site?

DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE:
I’m experiencing an issue with my WordPress site where animated elements built with Brizy Builder are not rendering correctly on mobile devices.
Here’s the behavior I'm seeing (on Home Page and Nonprofit Campaign Organizer Page):
• In the Brizy editor and mobile preview, all animated text and buttons display correctly.
• On the live site when viewed on a mobile device, the animated elements either fail to appear or render incorrectly.
• Static elements display normally — the issue appears to affect animated elements site-wide.
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:
• Removed animations from affected elements
• Purged SiteGround cache
• Cleared browser cache on my phone
• Verified elements are not hidden on mobile
• Confirmed this occurs across multiple pages, including the homepage
Because the issue affects multiple animated elements across the site, I suspect it may be related to CSS/JS optimization or caching settings within SiteGround Optimizer.
Could you please help me check whether any of the following might be interfering with Brizy animations?
• Remove Unused CSS
• Delay JavaScript Execution
• JavaScript or CSS minification/combination
• Server-side caching behavior
If needed, I can also provide the page URL and screenshots of the issue.
Thank you for your help in identifying what might be preventing these animations from rendering properly on mobile.
Best,
Charmaine Martinez

After thoroughly investigating the issue, it looks like that this is caused by a known bug within the Brizy page builder plugin itself, and not related to your hosting or any SiteGround service. The issue occurs after certain Brizy updates, where Brizy's own JavaScript fails to properly display popups when buttons are clicked. The popup content is loading correctly on the page, but the code responsible for making it visible when a button is pressed is not functioning as expected.
This same issue has been reported by multiple Brizy users across different websites and hosting environments, and you can see it documented in Brizy's own support forum here:

In each case, the Brizy team has requested temporary WordPress admin access to investigate and resolve the issue on their end.
We recommend reaching out to Brizy support directly as they should be able to assist you further. Be sure to include a link to the affected page and provide them with temporary admin access to your WordPress dashboard so they can look into it. Since this is a bug in their plugin code, they are best positioned to provide a proper fix.

Hi Charmaine,
Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please confirm if you’ve already updated to Brizy 2.8.5 and Brizy Pro 2.8.2? If not, kindly update both plugins and check if that helps resolve the issue.

If the issue still persists after updating, please provide temporary administrator access to your WordPress dashboard so we can take a closer look at the issue?
Kindly send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

Hi Ariel,
Confirming the plugin is up to date and the issue is still happening. I just sent the details for administrator access. It should have come from SiteGround so you can access our site as a collaborator. Please let me know if there's any other info you need to help us achieve a resolution together. :)

Hi Charmaine,
Thank you for your cooperation.
The issue appears to be coming from the Combine JavaScript option in your speed optimizer settings. When JavaScript files are combined, it can sometimes change the loading order or delay the execution of certain scripts. Since elements like animated texts and buttons rely on specific scripts to load at the right time, this can lead to them not displaying or functioning properly.
In your case, having Minify CSS enabled is already sufficient for optimization. Combining JavaScript files alongside it can introduce conflicts and layout issues, especially with dynamic elements. I’d recommend disabling Combine JavaScript and keeping only CSS minification active. After making these changes, please purge your cache and test the site in an incognito/private browser window to ensure you’re seeing the latest version.
