Ordering hosting from the Brizy and the Brizy PRO
By default, the user purchases a hosting service by selecting Services -> Order New Service.
When the product has been properly configured (described in the "Configuring a sample product" section), the user, after selecting the service he is interested in, will be shown a view responsible for selecting a starter template.
Depending on the configuration of the module, the product and the available add-ons, the user will have the option or not to select the PRO version of the template.
After selecting the template and domain, the user will normally proceed to the next step.
If the user has selected a starting template in the PRO version, and the product selected by the user was not set as a product for Brizy PRO, and there is an add-on available for the PRO version.
This add-on will be added to the shopping cart, without the possibility of removing it, only changing the template to the FREE version will allow unchecking this add-on.
After the user places the order, depending on the configuration, during the automatic creation of the hosting account. WordPress will be automatically installed along with the Brizy plugin and, depending on the user's choice, Brizy PRO. After a moment, the user should get an email stating that their site has been configured.
In the email, the user will get information about what has been installed and, in the case of a full WordPress installation, the access data.
In case of errors, the user will also be informed about it by an email with information on what stage the error occurred.
Installing Brizy from the service management menu
The user has the option of installing the Brizy or the Brizy PRO from the management level of the respective service (as long as it meets the requirements). To do so, the user must go to Services -> My Products & Services.
An additional "Brizy" panel will be visible on the view, allowing the user to install WordPress along with the Brizy or the Brizy Pro plugins.
In case the purchased service does not provide the possibility to install the Brizy in the PRO version, but there is an add-on available that allows to extend this service with the Brizy PRO, additional information will appear with add-ons that allow this and the possibility to directly place an order.
In order to start the installation, the user must press the "Start installing Brizy (Pro)" button.
A window will appear with an instruction to press the "Start installation" button, after which the automatic installation of the WordPress, Brizy and the Brizy PRO (if available) will start.
After a while, the user should get an email with information about the completion of the installation and with access data to WordPress. If there are any errors during the installation, the user will also be notified via email. In addition, information at which stage the error occurred will be included.
The installer can detect which elements have already been installed, if this is the case, the installer will run in advanced mode marking which element is installed.
By selecting the "Advanced Installation" option, the user can choose which elements are to be installed. Alternatively, if there are errors in the default operation of the installer, you can run the installation via FTP by selecting "Installation via FTP".
To run the installation via FTP, the user must create an FTP account directed to the root directory for the domain, create a new database with a user assigned to it, and fill in all the data in the installer window. After pressing the "Start FTP installation" button, the installer will try to establish a connection via FTP and install the selected items.
All information about the installation stage is displayed in the installer window. As in the previous cases, the user will be informed about the success or failure of the installation by e-mail.
