    Please, it's been two days. I don't know what to do?

    Can you fix my ssl or do I have to delete the site and re-add it?

    I'm getting honestly frustrated, it shouldn't take two days to fix an ssl cert issue!

    Can someone please please just contact me or fix this? I'm so frustrated.

    I deleted the project and readded it to see if it'll auto generate a ssl and it hasn't.

    Someone on the Brizy team please just fix this. Three days and no ssl.

    Thanks for all of your help. I'm switching my projects/sites to host/sync to my own web hosting server.

    This way I don't have to worry about Brizy hosting and support.

    First of all I want to apologize for such delay.

    Regarding SSL issue with your website. While we were trying to fix the problem, was exceed rate limit and, unfortunately, we temporary are not able to re-create SSL certificate for your website. However, it will be created in a few days. This may sound strange, but I can ensure you that we were doing our best to solve the problem ASAP. 

    I want to apologize one more time for inconvenience and I hope for your understanding. If you will have any other questions, please, feel free to ask, we'll be glad to help you.

    Hi Denis, thanks for the response.

    I wish I had been let known sooner about a rate limit (is it a rate limit on my account personally? Or did Brizy reach some SSL generation rate limit in general? where can I find out more?) Is it safe to add my sites to Brizy Cloud again or will I have to wait a week to get SSL applied to my sites?

    Thank you for your reply and for your understanding. 

    Actually, the issue was on our side, in the end. It was our problem with the number of requests for SSL certificates generated for 1 project. Apologizes for this confusion. 

    On Tuesday evening we released an important improvement for the SSL certificates. Right now, if the A and CNAME records are connected correctly; if you don't have any AAAA records; if you disabled the proxy option for Cloudflare custom domains and of course, the propagation time for these records is completed, then SSL certificates will be issued without any problems.

    Hi Natalia & Brizy team!

    Tagging onto this instead of starting a new thread. We've been through the documentation, other threads etc and are quite familiar with Brizy, so thought it might be down to the number of requests, as above. 

    Perhaps you can advise or support, website is here.

    This is the longest we've not had an SSL connect on Brizy, generally they're up in a few hours or less.
