SSL certificate
Hi,
about 3 days ago I set up my custom domain on Brizy Cloud. To date, I'm still selling the unsafe site. How can I solve it? How do I get an SSL certificate?

Hi Tommaso,
Could you please check if you configured the domain following these instructions? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
Also, could you check please if Current Data from DNS settings of the project from Brizy Cloud is marked with green? https://jumpshare.com/v/90xb1sCTYSPsnLkLIq3c
Could you send to us the link to your site?
Thanks!
Best regards,

Hi Sandra,Thanks for the prompt reply.I checked the requests, I attach screenshots with the various parameters set. Also, the link on my site is www.supportmeapp.comAs you can see, I can navigate safely but I cannot remove the "unsafe" from the url bar.Looking forward to your reply, thank you and wish you a good day.Tommaso Rampoldi

Thanks for the screenshot. from it, I found that you didn't set the A record. Could you please configure it as is related in this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-?
Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
OK thanks. Now I have set the A record. I had to contact the support of my provider because the Host @ name was not accepted. So I left the field blank. Now the ip has turned green.
However I still see not sure, I probably have to wait some time.

Ok, thank you for updating us! Yes, it is needed to wait till 48h to propagate all the changes. If after this period you will found that SSL certificate isn't applied, please let us know regarding this!
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
