SSL for Brizy Cloud

Hi Brizy Team,

I created a website on Brizy Cloud and it is not secured with SSL Certificate. Can we create this Certificate by Brizy or should we do it on cPanel? Because I created the SSL Certificate, but it didn't work.

  Could you please check if you followed the instructions from this article? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect- Also could you check please, if the Current data from DNS settings of the project from Brizy Cloud are all marked with green?

  Could you please check if these https://jumpshare.com/v/90xb1sCTYSPsnLkLIq3c Current Data from DNS settings of the Brizy Cloud project are marked with green? Also, could I ask you when did you configure the Cname and A record? It takes up to 48 hours for these changes to propagate across the internet.

  Don't worry, all is ok. Thanks for screenshots. From the second screenshot when you add the Cname record, I find that you added www.svs.praga.md. Could you please remove the www and let only svs.praga.md? Unfortunately, this URL www.svs.praga.md will not be propagated with success because we accept only second-level domain but in this case, it is a subdomain. To make it work you have to publish the site without www and when you will set it you have to add instead of www, the svs.
