Contact form

Hi, I´ve already set up a contact form wich I choose wordpress option to send the email lead. Int the Leads option in my brizy pro plugin in wordpress the message that have been sent from the contcat form is OK. But in my email there´s no any mail message from the contact form I made.

  Hi Juan Pablo,

  Is the Contact from connected only with WordPress? Who is your hosting provider? Also, could you check please if you configured the email following the instruction from this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043678972-Email-Notification-via-WordPress
  Do you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (1.0.124) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)?

  Yes, my contact form it´s only connected with wordpress. My hosting provider is bana hosting.Yes I´ve already configurated following the instruction article. But still doesn´t get any email on my email adress I set up. My brizy plugins is update with that version.

  Hi Juan-Pablo,

  Could you also deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate one WP default theme (Twenty Nineteen) and check if all is working ok? Here can be an incompatibility with one plugin or the theme.

  Hi,

  Could you give us more details about this problem? Did you encounter it on Brizy Cloud or in the Brizy for WordPress?

  How did you connect the form? What method did you select? Could you send us some screenshots of how did you connect the form? Also, could you send the URL link of the page where is this form?
