    Hi Gerarld,

Thank you for your questions. Please see the answers below:

    1. How can I show the website to the client during maintenance mode?
You can invite your client as a Team Member and assign them the Viewer role, which allows them to see the site even while it’s in maintenance mode. You can find the detailed steps in this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360036481071-Team-Members-Roles

    2. What do you mean by "Live Sync Websites on Your Server"?
This refers to Server Sync, a feature that lets you host your Brizy Cloud project on your own server instead of Brizy Cloud. It keeps the site synced automatically. You can read more about it here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync

    3. How can I insert the Matomo code to track views on Brizy Cloud?
Yes, this is possible. You can add your Matomo tracking code directly into your Brizy Cloud project. This video explains the process step by step: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGD43jJgtDU

To get your specific Matomo tracking code, please follow the instructions in this guide: https://developer.matomo.org/guides/tracking-javascript-guide#finding-the-piwik-tracking-code

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Gerald,

    Thank you for the update.

To let your client view the site during maintenance mode, you can either whitelist their IP or let them log in with a temporary user account. Most maintenance plugins allow certain users or IPs to bypass maintenance mode.

If you tell me which plugin you’re using, I can give the exact steps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
