Could you please try the solution offered at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/22181911460242 and let us know if it helps?

Hi George, I've followed the recommended steps, adding the mod rewrite rules to the .htaccess file and ensuring the post_max_size is set to at least 128MB. As of now, I am still encountering the errors, both in terms of the page displaying blank, and getting the page needs a refresh message when updating the page.

    Hello Steve,

In case you are using the Wordfence Security plugin in your WordPress dashboard, kindly implement the solution recommended at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/21022565871762 If not, we will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to troubleshoot this issue.

Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please let us know  in this forum when you send us the email.

Hi George, Wordfence is installed. I had previously set it to learning mode while troubleshooting, and it had not made a difference. I also tested with Wordfence completely disabled, and got the same result. As of now I reactivated the plugin, set it to learning mode, and still see the same result.

The new Wordpress user account has been added and an email has now been sent to the community support email address.

Thank you again for your assistance!

    Hi Steven,

Our tests show that changes made to Brizy pages of a smaller size can be saved. The pages that are lengthier are the ones that cannot be saved. Its possible that the ModSecurity configurations that were added via the .htaccess file might not have taken effect. Some hosting providers do not allow changing the modsecurity configuration using .htaccess.

Kindly request your hosting provider to add these two directives in the ModSecurity configuration file and check if the issue resolves.

SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit 2097152 # Limit non-file request bodies to 2 MB
