    Hi Rafael,

    Thank you for contacting us.

To resolve the issue, please Enable Learning Mode and set it to automatically switch back to "Enabled Protecting" in 2 days or more; this will allow WordFence to learn the actions from the Brizy editor.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thank you for your prompt response.

Unfortunately, enabling Learning Mode is not a sustainable solution for us. As mentioned earlier, I manage over 50 client websites, and keeping WordFence in Learning Mode for all of them every time we need to update content is not practical or secure.

WordFence is a critical part of our security protocol, and it's essential that our sites remain fully protected at all times. Disabling or reducing the effectiveness of this protection, even temporarily, isn't a viable option.

Could you please escalate this issue to your development team and provide a timeline for a permanent fix? We need to ensure that Brizy works seamlessly with WordFence without compromising security. If this cannot be resolved, we may have to explore alternative page builders that do not have this compatibility issue.

I appreciate your understanding and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Hi Rafael,

Wordfence's Learning Mode allows the firewall to adapt to a website and how you use it. When Learning Mode is enabled, the firewall adds requests that resemble attack patterns to the allow-list, ensuring that they are not blocked in the future.

If you leave the Learning Mode on for around seven days, WordFence will recognize that Brizy editing is safe and will stop blocking it. Once the plugin has determined that Brizy editing is secure, you can turn off the Learning Mode and enable the "Enabled and Protecting" mode.  Read more about it at  https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

Brizy is compatible with WordeFence. You just need to enable WordFence learning mode once per project. It is not necessary to enable Learning Mode each time you modify content on a website. I agree that facilitating the learning for 50 projects is time consuming. I guess it is a one-time investment to avoid false positive from the WordFence plugin.

I switched to learning mode, then edited a post using Brizy to teach Wordfence. I made no actual changes to the post; it was just to show Wordfence that it should whitelist Brizy. I then switched learning mode off. It took a minute for each website. There was no need to leave it in learning mode for 7 days.
