the changes don't get saved, but also disappearing with a message System Error!

it has been 3 days so far when the update button doesn't save updates, and a bunch of "saved" changes get been disappeared with a message System Error, or delete the element and start all over. Has never happened before . Please help asap Thanks

  I seem to have the same problems since 1 week. I have deleted and re-updated the Pro and regular version but the problem stays the same: not able to save changes in page builder brizy template. 

  Please help ASAP. Thank you in advance.
