cannot save changes Update doesn't work

Hello. It Has been two days now when I could not save any changes, the update button doesn't work. I tried dozens of times, even login in and oot, still no results

Please advise asap

  Hi Elena,

  Pasting text from external apps do not work well at the moment with Brizy. Kindly follow these two guidelines until we are able to roll out a fix for this bug.

  • Do not paste formatted text from Microsoft Word/Google Docs or another app directly into Brizy. Copy the text into a Text editor first. Eg: https://www.editpad.org/ Copy from the Text editor and paste it in Brizy.
  • After pasting unformatted text from a Text editor, kindly add a space. Please see this screen recording https://jmp.sh/Yj3Zd0Gm

  Hi all,

  I'm having the same issue. I change text (first copied from formatted text, so I tried this fix) and the page looks fine as long as I'm logged in. When I log out, the page reverts back to the previous unchanged text. I've emptied the browser cache, downloaded WP Optimizer and cleaned my Wordpress installation, and implemented this fix above, but nothing has worked. What is going on?????

  Hi Lawrence,

  If you are hosting with SiteGround, you can purge server level cache from within your WordPress Dashboard using the 'Speed Optimizer' plugin. Kindly deactivate and delete WP Optimize plugin and install 'Speed Optimizer' plugin (It is a plugin developed by SiteGround and hence can purge cache from SiteGround webserver) 

  In your WordPress Dashboard under Speed Optimizer - Caching, kindly select on the option "Purge Cache" under the heading "Manual Cache Purge" and check if it resolves the issue. https://jmp.sh/Ye4hVjsE
