    Hello Nelea,

    thank you for your mail.

Sorry, I still don't know exactly which "white label license" I need, if I want to give the following offer to my customers:

    - Ready-made templates for vegan and sustainable companies, but the customer can edit them himself.

Is this the reseller or agency program? When I click the info on your site, it takes me to a 404 page.

    Hi Barbara,

The Brizy Cloud Reseller Program, the Brizy Cloud Agency Plan, and the Brizy WP Agency Plan are all potential choices if you're thinking about selling ready-made website templates to vegan and sustainable businesses and you want them to host it and make modifications to it. Let me go into more depth about each choice below.

    Brizy Cloud Reseller Program
If you select this option, your users will be able to register with your company's website builder. Say your company is Vegan &  Erfolgreich. They can register with Vegan & Erfolgreich Builder and begin creating their website using the starter template you give them. You could set your own prices for the pro licenses and would be able to resell both the free and pro licenses.

Please read these articles about this program:

You can use the membership feature that Brizy Cloud has. By using this feature, you can also add courses. Basic membership features are available through Brizy Cloud. See what the Brizy membership feature can achieve in this video. https://youtu.be/Zp1DMIFUubg This video is about the membership feature with WordPress. At the moment, Brizy Cloud does not offer payment integration natively. You will need to integrate a third party payment solution for this.

    Brizy Cloud Agency Plan
The Agency Plan also includes a website builder with your brand's white label. With Vegan & Erfolgreich Builder, you can offer website templates and let consumers host their own websites. Users cannot register with the builder in this option; instead, you create websites for clients and invite them to modify the websites you create for them. You'll be an agency that provides hosting, website development, and templates. In this option, you will also make use of the Brizy Cloud membership feature. Read these articles regarding this program, please:

If you want to know the difference between the two, please read this article: What is the difference between the Agency Cloud plan and Cloud Reseller Plan

    Brizy WP Agency
You might also think about using the Brizy WP Agency Plan to market website design templates and web development services. You can locate a WordPress Multisite hosting where you can add websites for your customers if you also wish to provide hosting. The WordPress multisite is compatible with the Brizy WP Agency plan.

You could either use the Brizy Membership feature or explore WordPress Membership plugins. In comparison to the Brizy membership function, the plugins offer more sophisticated features. WordPress course plugins can also be used to provide courses. Please see the pricing here https://www.brizy.io/pricing

    Hello George,

    thank you for your answer.

I decided against a reseller plan because I am a beginner and Brizy support is mostly fast but doesn't answer questions.

The Freelancer plan (WP-Plugin) was now almost as expensive as the single user license...so I bought that two days ago. "Perfect for Client work"  (Brizy)

When I ask now what exactly I can do with this freelancer-plan, they refer to the price list.(I have already seen it) and answers none of the questions.  (Google, Youtube, Udemy..I found nothing)

Apparently only professionals work with Brizy and I thought just beginners are looking for a simple solution. :-)

I have no plan for the 100 web pages...what can I do with them?..and how does it work? A link to an article or to a Youtube video is all I need.;-)

    Best regards

    Barbara

    Hi Barbara,

We apologize for not answering your questions accurately.

The Freelance plan is meant for those who want to offer website development services to clients. With this plan, you can develop up to 100 client projects. You can use one Brizy Pro license for each website that you build for clients. All the PRO features of Brizy are included with the Freelancer plan except white-labelling.

    You said

Apparently only professionals work with Brizy and I thought just beginners are looking for a simple solution. :-)

A good percentage of our customers are end users who are developing their own websites. They are not professional web developers. We also have several professional web developers who develop client websites using Brizy.

If you have more questions feel free to ask. We will be happy to answer.

    Thanks for your answer George,

sorry, but this is also so general ;-( this informations I can read everywhere.

    I'll try with an example:

Suppose I have a "showroom" for "sustainable websites" in Woocommerce or in my members area where I offer 50 different green designs and someone wants a site....What does the customer have to do?
What do I have to do?

Is there somewhere I can read about this and am I only too stupid to find it?

    a) Does the customer send me images and text and do I insert them into my "ready designed page/template" where I have placed a few "placeholders for custom content"...or can he do it himself?

    b) Who buys the domain? for example...

    c) Can I give C. access to his account in my Freelancer WP program?(I only found this in "Brizy cloud").

    d) The client pays for a design including Brizy WP Pro account for one year? Does the client also sign a contract with Brizy? What about my client's site if I don't want to do it after a year or simply die? What can I tell him that will make him feel secure?

    e) Can I design templates and save them in the client's account or do I provide downloads that the client can upload to the WP media library?

I guess the secret of a good support is to not make customers feel like idiots..even if they are .I hope deepl translates that humorously ;-)

    Best regards

    Barbara

    Hi Barbara,

Your questions are more about your business strategy than they are about Brizy. Anyway, let me go over your questions and share my views with you.

Suppose I have a "showroom" for "sustainable websites" in Woocommerce or in my members area where I offer 50 different green designs and someone wants a site....What does the customer have to do? What do I have to do?

You will be in control of this because it is a part of your business workflow. The customer might be sent to a page where he can download the template after making the payment on your website, which is one possible scenario. You can request access to the customer's WordPress Dashboard and set up the template for him if he requires assistance installing the template.

These inquiries are unique to a business concept, therefore you might not find answers anywhere.

    a) Does the customer send me images and text and do I insert them into my "ready designed page/template" where I have placed a few "placeholders for custom content"...or can he do it himself?

Normally, you would decide how to proceed. Customers who are familiar with WordPress may decide to customize the design themselves. You could probably let them do it. If a client is unfamiliar with WordPress, they might want to hire you to handle the customization as well. You could charge extra for an add-on service and implement the customizations on the client's behalf.

    b) Who buys the domain? for example...

The customer could choose to purchase the domain himself if he is tech savvy. Customers who are not technologically knowledgeable might want you to handle those details for them. Ideally, you should be prepared for both type of clients.

    c) Can I give C. access to his account in my Freelancer WP program?

The client would not need access to your Brizy.io account. You should issue a Brizy license to each client. Please bear in mind that when the client websites are operating on your Brizy license, if you do not continue to subscribe to the Freelancer plan every year, their licenses will expire and they would not be able to customize content on their websites.

    e) Can I design templates and save them in the client's account or do I provide downloads that the client can upload to the WP media library?

You can create your designs in your computer using your account. You can create downloads for the client.  Your designs can be imported into Brizy in the client's WordPress installation.
