Resellers pay the following fees:
1. The Reseller Fee
This is a monthly or yearly fee that classifies you as a reseller and includes a number of licenses. The reseller fee depends on how many licenses you want to commit to from the beginning. It also gives you preferential pricing for additional licenses if the package you pay for is not sufficient. Furthermore, the reseller fee gives you access to advanced reseller features, our onboarding team, preferential reseller support and access to promotional pricing.
2. The License Fee
If you exceed the licenses included in your reseller fee, you can purchase additional licenses at a preferential price. For example, if you go for the base reseller package which costs $69/ month and need more than the 20 included licenses, you can purchase additional licenses for $5/ license/ month.
Brizy invoices you monthly based on your reseller fee and license usage. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. For resellers that do not have their own billing platform and just want to resell licenses of Brizy, we also offer the convenience of having clients pay for their Brizy licenses directly through our payments processor Paddle.
How we calculate active licenses
Active licenses are calculated based on the number of days the license was active for. If your license costs $5/mo and you activated it on the 15th of the month, you'll pay that license only for the remaining days in that month.
The same formula applies when you deactivate licenses. If you deactivate a license on the 5th of the month, you'll pay that license for 5 days only.
