Hubspot

The Hubspot integration will let you sync your Brizy contact form with your Hubspot account. When you visitors will submit the contact form, the details will be pushed to one of your Hubspot lists. Ensure you have at least a few contacts and a list created in your Hubspot account before beginning the integration.  

Here is how you can set it up. 

Step 1. Access the Integration Apps on the button of any contact form element in the Brizy builder

Step 2. Go to the Apps tab and select Hubspot.

Step 3. Here you'll need to input your Hubspot Private App access token to allow Brizy to push your contact form details into one of your Hubspot lists. 

Step 4. Login into your Hubspot account in a new browser window

Step 5. Select the "Settings" menu towards the top right.

Step 6. In the sidebar, under Account Management - Integrations, select "Private Apps" and click on the "Create a private app" button on the page  

Step 7. Give your 'Private App' a name and a description. Optionally you can also upload a logo for the app. 

Step 8. Select the "Scopes" tab and under CRM, ensure to select the following 5 options and click on the "Create App" button at the top right corner.

1. crm.lists.read
2. crm.lists.write
3.  crm.objects.contacts.read 
4.  crm.objects.contacts.write 
5.  crm.objects.contacts.sensitive.read 
   

Step 9. In the next screen, click on "Continue creating" button

Step 10. You Private App will be created and you will see a confirmation message. Click "Skip for now" to continue.

Step 11. In the newly created Private App, select the "Auth" tab and click on "Show Token" option to see your "Access token" and click on "Copy" to copy it.

Step 12. Switch back to the Brizy form integration window and paste the Access token you have copied in the "API Key" field and click "Connect".

Step 13. The Hubspot account number associated with your Access token will be automatically selected. Click on "Continue" button

Step 14. You will see available lists in your Hubspot account. Select the list you want your leads to be sent to and click on "Continue" 

Step 15. Match your Brizy form fields with your Hubspot contact fields. Since you are adding contacts to your Hubspot list, Brizy form fields must be designed to match with the Hubspot fields. Press the "Continue" button.

Step 16. You are done, your form is connected with Hubspot. Press Done.

Once someone will submit your contact form on the front end

The lead will be pushed to your selected list in your Hubspot account
