Hubspot

The Hubspot integration will let you sync your Brizy contact form with your Hubspot account. When you visitors will submit the contact form, the details will be pushed to one of your Hubspot lists. Ensure you have at least one list created in your Hubspot account before beginning the integration.  

Here is how you can set it up. 

Step 1. In the Brizy Form element, select the Submit button and then the plug icon.  

Step 2. Go to the Apps tab and select Hubspot.

Step 3. Here you'll need to input your Hubspot Serivce Key to allow Brizy to push your contact form details into one of your Hubspot lists. 

Step 4. Login into your Hubspot account in a new browser window

Step 5. Select the "Settings" menu towards the top right corner

Step 6. In the sidebar, under Account Management > Integrations, select "Service Keys" 

Step 7. Click on the "Create Service Key" button at the top right corner

Step 8.  Give your "Service Key" a name and click on the "Add new scope" button

Step 9: Select these scopes in the list of scopes provided

Step 10. In the next screen, click on the "Create" button at the top right corner to create the Service Key

In the "Create Service key" screen, click "Create"

Step 11. The Service Key will be created. Click on "Show" option to view the service key and on "Copy" to copy the key. 

Step 12. Switch back to the Brizy form integration window and paste the Service Key you have copied in the "API Key" field and click "Connect".

Step 13. The Hubspot account number associated with your Access token will be automatically selected. Click on "Continue" button

Step 14. You will see available lists in your Hubspot account. Select the list you want your leads to be sent to and click on "Continue" 

Step 15. Match your Brizy form fields with your Hubspot contact fields. Since you are adding contacts to your Hubspot list, Brizy form fields must be designed to match with the Hubspot fields. Press the "Continue" button.

Step 16. You are done, your form is connected with Hubspot. Press Done.

When someone submits the contact form on your website,

the lead will be pushed to your selected list in your Hubspot account
