Step 2. In the popup window that opens up, switch to the "Apps" tab and select "Brevo"
Step 3. You'll prompted to add your Brevo API key to allow Brizy to connect to one of your Brevo lists.
Step 4. In a new browser window, sign in to your Brevo account at https://app.brevo.com/
Step 5. Access your profile area at the top right corner and select the option "SMTP & API"
Step 6. choose the "API Key & MCP" tab and click the "Generate a new API key" button

Step 8. Your API key will be generated. Select the copy icon to copy the key.
Step 9. Switch to the Brizy Integration window in your browser, paste the API key and click the "Connect" button.
If you are unable to proceed to the next step, Brevo may have blocked your API call since you have not authorized your webserver IP address in your account. Kindly proceed to the heading "Authorize your website IP in Brevo" below and continue to the next step after authorizing your webserver IP address.
Step 10. Email address associated with your Brevo API key will be displayed here. Click the "Continue" button.
Step 11.Choose the Brevo folder, which contains your contacts list and click "Continue". If you have not added a folder, you may see the default folder "Newsletter" here.

Step 13. Match your form fields with your Brevo List fields and select the "Continue" button. Since Brizy form is intended to add contacts to your Brevo contact "Lists", the form fields must be designed to match the Brevo fields. If these two do not match, you may need to either redesign your form or add appropriate data fields to your Brevo Lists.
Step 14. You will receive a confirmation message that your form is connected with Brevo. Press Done.
Please fill up the form and check if the contact gets added to your Brevo list.
Authorize your webserver IP in Brevo
API calls to Brevo can be made only from webservers with authorized IP addresses added to your account. Your Brizy form integration with Brevo will get blocked and you will be unable to make progress beyond Step 9, if your webserver IP is not authorized in your Brevo account. Kindly follow the steps below to authorize your webserver IP address.
- Access your profile area towards the top right corner of your Brevo account and select the "Security" menu.
- In the security section, switch to the "Authorized IPs" tab
- Select the "Unknown IP addresses to review" option and you will see a list of web server IPs that attempted to connect to your Brevo account using different Brevo API keys. Authorize the IP address of your webserver here by selecting the "Authorize" option next to it. If you are unsure about your webserver IP, consider authorizing all IPs. After authorizing your webserver IP, repeat Step 9 and proceed to the rest of the integration.
The IP authorizations for webservers do not work well with Brizy Cloud. To integrate a Brizy form with Brevo on a Brizy Cloud project, kindly deactivate IP blocking by selecting the "Deactivate blocking" option.
