    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please check if you added the Brizy Pro plugin inside the WordPress dashboard? Could you please check this video to find how to install the Brizy Pro plugin and how to activate the License key?

Could you please check if you have installed and activated the Brizy Free plugin too? It is important to have both plugins Brizy Free and Brizy Pro installed on the WP dashboard because the Brizy Pro is an extension of the Brizy Free plugin. Do you have the latest versions for both plugins? At the moment we have the 2.4.4 version for Brizy free and the 2.4.5 for Brizy Pro.

If you have a multisite, then the Brizy Free and Pro are installed in the network admin. There is added the license. In such a way on all sites from the network will be added the Brizy Free and Pro.

The field to activate the license you can find only in the Network admin. See this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360029381411-Good-things-to-know-if-you-want-Brizy-Pro-on-your-multisite-network

Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Hi, Brizy & Brizy pro where both uploaded via WP. Both are the latest versions and they where working fine until updating WP core files. Now Brizy pro is asking for the licence again, but the tab is not showing ( see screen grab above) Unfortunately this has happened a few times before.

    Hi Andrew

    Can you please check these?

    1. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
    2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
    3. Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
    4. Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.

If you are not able to find a solution, please get back to us; we will help you troubleshoot. We will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to help you further.

    WP Version 6.0.1
    Server Info Apache
    PHP Version 7.4.29
    MySQL Version 5.6.41
    The Core by ThemeFuse

I just deactivated ALL plugins and then reactivated Brizy ( no license tab ) so I activated Brizy Pro and still no tab!
