Cloud Webhooks

Just checking - there's a support article that refers to using webhooks (https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360018967598-Webhooks), but as far as I can see they are unavailable?

Is that correct?

  Hello Scott,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The webhook element is available in Brizy Cloud, we only changed the place of this element and did not renew the documentation about it.  Please click on the Menu - Assets - Project Settings - Webhooks. Please see this screenshot.

  Hello Scott,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If your project was created before 5  February 2021, then you have the old version of the project and you dont have the Webhooks options in your project. As a solution for the moment, I can suggest re-build the website again, you only need to save the layout, update the project, then insert the layout to the new project. Here is an article where you can find more information about it.

  Hi Vantrinh,

  The Brizy webhooks has limited functionality at the moment. it gets triggered with page creation, updates etc. It does not get triggered on form submission for example. Hence not very useful at the moment.

  Thanks ... can confirm recreating the project does allow for the access to webhooks.
  
  Can also confirm that the webhook capability is very limited in scope as per KC George's comments, and of no use if you are using Brizy for landing pages.

  @kc are there any more help docs or videos for use cases to make the most of webhooks? could webhooks be used to update a user role in brizy cloud eg after a stripe payment is registered? Maybe using Zapier or make. Are brizy cloud apis available to make an update like this?

  Unfortunately, we don't have specific help documentation or videos for other use cases with webhooks. Regarding updating user roles after a Stripe payment or any other payment services, this functionality is not possible with webhooks. As for using Zapier or other integrations, Brizy Cloud does not currently have APIs available to facilitate updates like updating user roles. However, we encourage you to submit these features on our website's Ideas & Roadmap page at https://www.brizy.io/ideas-and-roadmap. This platform allows users to comment and vote on features, increasing their chances of being included in future updates.
