Hi Divina,
Different domain registrars may have slightly different method to add domain records. For example, with Namecheap.com, this is how one would add domain records.

Please let us know
- Your domain name
- Your domain registrar (if you are adding your domain records with them)
We can give you specify on how you should add the records

Hi Divina,
There is a spelling mistake in your CNAME entry and hence you could not add it. Instead of apricot12397443.brizy.site, you have added apricot12397443.brizy.sitio. Please edit your CNAME record and correct the spelling mistake.

Once you have added the CNAME Record, it should look like this

Thanks a lot
I had not realized that my browser did the translation of the CNAME
I already added it with the correct word in English.
Thanks a lot

Hi Divina,
Please delete your custom domain and add it again. Your A Record and the CNAME record should show green. This will help purge the DNS cache on our server.
Then wait for half an hour and see if the the domain resolves correctly.
