Not able to add custom

I am on a reseller plan and when I create a website and add a custom domain, it's not working.

  Could you please send us a screenshot of DNS settings from the domain registration? Did you follow all these steps https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect Could you please check if you set up the AAAA record? If you have set up it, could you please delete it? Could you also send us the URL of your project?

  Hi,

  Why do you click on upgrade if you need to publish your custom domain? Please see here how to publish a website. Can you please send a video recorder so I could understand your issue ?

  The video you shared talks about sub domain. I'm looking for adding a custom domain to the website built in brizy where the domain is purchased on GoDaddy
