    Hi Craig,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please check if you are using the right email address to register for the reCAPTCHA Keys? The site had one Email but Google had one with another. If you entered the email associated with the site to set up the reCAPTCHA, then it will work.
Also, this issue may occur  due to adding the http:// or https:// to your domain in Google’s reCAPTCHA account.  In this case, removing the http:// or https:// should resolve the issue.

    Best regards, Nelea.

I changed the email address associated with the site - no change.

Would you open a ticket so we can resolve this over email?

    Hi Craig,

We have created a private ticket for this request. You will receive an email regarding this. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Best regards, Nelea.

I have sent the WP credentials - no response yet.  Is there a way to disable recaptcha until we're able to resolve this?

    Thanks, Craig

I am having same issues. First after saving the recaptcha settings and getting a confirmation of successful setup, returning to it doesn't show the saved settings. This leads one to thinking that there's something wrong with the settings. When the site is viewed it throws this error "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key" I have deleted the captcha settings in Google and changed between v2 and v3 to no avail. Is there a way to flush whatever is stored in DB?

    Hi William,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, it is our issue. As a temporary solution, please, use the contact form 7 plugin. Our team already is working on this issue we hope to release a fix in the next update. Apologies for this inconvenience.

    Best regards, Nelea.

When is Brizy going to have this fixed?

Jorge A Torres brought this to Brizy's attention 13 days ago.  I (Craig B) posted about it 9 days ago.  There is no way to turn off reCaptcha once you add your keys.  The keys become a permanent part of your website.  You cannot change the keys.  If you attempt to change your keys, the reCaptcha badge shows an error message (ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key) and your forms don't work.  Forms are a basic function of most business websites.  This should've been fixed soon after the issue appeared.  The only fix that works is to remove all contact forms and replace with a third party contact form plugin.

    Hi Craig,

This issue is already fixed at our end. The fix would be available to you along with our next Brizy and Brizy Pro updates.

If you duplicate the form and delete the original form, you should be able to get rid of the recaptcha error from your website temporarily.

I tried that back when it was first suggested - didn't work.  I have three different forms on my site with one being in the global footer.  Could that be why duplicating and deleting the originals doesn't work?

And, if you already have the fix, why not make it available as a separate update?

    Hi Craig,

You are right; reCAPTCHA does not go away until all Brizy forms are deleted/ recreated. You may need to recreate the form in the global blocks also.

This will be made available as a separate update; however we do not know when. Product development and releases are handled by a different team hence cannot commit on a date.

I duplicated and deleted every contact form on the site including the global footer form.  I also emptied the trash (had some test forms).  I then set up the global footer form including the reCaptcha keys.  Same error message in the reCaptcha badge.  Any other suggestions?

    Hi Craig,

You said " I then set up the global footer form including the reCaptcha keys". After duplicating and deleting all forms If you avoid setting up recaptcha again, the error message should not come.

In my earlier reply, I left out a step.  After duplicating the contact forms and deleting the old contact forms, I checked the page and the reCaptcha badge (and error message) was still there.  Since it was still there, I tried adding the reCaptcha keys to the form thinking that maybe it would overwrite the old keys.  No change - still had the error message.  Since then, I have blocked the reCaptcha badge and error message with some CSS.  I need the update because none of the forms are functional.

    Hi Craig,

Sorry about that. While you are waiting for the update, may be you should use an alternate form builder to collect leads
