Brizy Cloud Custom Subdomain Not Secure Connection
Hi Brizy,
We've set up a custom subdomain and it looks good on the DNS settings side but when we visit the site, https://babywebster.pspost.co/, it says it can't provide a secure connection. We have not started designing the site because we wanted to be sure the custom subdomain would work first. Any guidance you can provide would be great. Thanks!

Hi Cait,
Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please send us a screenshot of the DNS settings from the domain registration? Did you follow all these steps https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect Could you please check if you set up the AAAA record? If you have set up it, could you please delete it? Are the records in the project settings green? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.
Best regards,Nelea.

Hi Nelea, We followed this article. We only want to do a custom subdomain and not our root domain pspost. We did not set up an A record - only the CNAME. The records in the project settings are green and I attached the screenshot of that.
It looks like there's a number of posts in the forum like https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/6288517722513-This-Site-Can-t-Provide-A-Secure-Connection and https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/6564501488529-4-Months-later-ERR-SSL-PROTOCOL-ERROR where the Brizy rep had to fix something on your side; maybe our situation is something similar?
Thank you!

Hi Cait,
We already fixed the problem with SSL and now all is working fine, see here. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again.
Best regards, Nelea.
