Pro Features Not Available

Hi, I am a new paid (Pro) user and upon trying to create a custom asset in Brizy Cloud, it's telling me that I need to upgrade to Pro.

Can you help ASAP as i'd really like to carry on working.

Also, I may be misunderstanding here, but wouldn't I need to create the custom asset (custom post type) on the backend of my website and now in Brizy cloud?

  Hello Richard,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You bought Brizy Pro for Wordpress, and not for Cloud, that's why you don't have access to the Cloud  Pro option. We can process the refund for the Wordpress plan and you can buy a new one for Cloud.

  Hi, No this is ok thank you. I have found a workaround and I would like to continue to use Pro to create templates for the new custom post type. I do have an issue related to this. I have created a test template and associated that template. However, when I create a new post, the template is not used. I just get an entirely blank screen with the black spot in the top right corner.   Hello, 

  If you need to use the post element you should add to the page, you don't need to create a template for the post element.
