Saved Layouts and Blocks show up on all workspaces

When I save a block / layout, I cannot access it on sub-accounts. This makes this project impossible to use. I want to be able to create templates and then allow clients to be able to load / edit them. When I save a layout and then login with a sub-account, the layout/blocks that were saved do not show.

  I am considering buying the white label but I found no response to my question in any of the past forum topics.

  Here is the scenario:

  I have a company, we have 50 agents. Each of these agents would need their own workspace. I would want to create custom layouts on the main account (mine), save the layout and then each of the sub-accounts (workspaces) would be able to view and import these via saved layouts / blocks. 

  Right now, the only way I can see to do this, is to create a workspace, go inside of it, open up my saved layout, save it again to that workspace, then invite an user -- then that user would have access to it. 

  This is entirely too much effort and upkeep. How can I have it so any layouts I save can be accessed by any / all workspaces? 

  I am hoping for a response. Thank you.
