Saved Layouts and Blocks show up on all workspaces
I want to use Brizy to allow clients of ours to access their own workspaces. However, I have realized that none of the saved blocks / layouts pass on to new workspace accounts. If I make template layouts that are set up for multiple clients this makes it impossible to use. Is there a way to have blocks / layouts saved for use on all workspaces?

Hi Raj
Let me explain how your saved block/layout library is expected to work. If you (Raj) invite your client (James) to access your workspace, both of you will use Raj's saved block/layout library on all projects in that workspace.
If you accept invitation to join your client's (James) workspace, you both will share James' saved blocks/layout library on all projects within that workspace.
If you would like all your clients to use your saved blocks/layouts, then ensure that you invite them into your workspaces (and not accept invitation from them to join their workspaces)

Kc - so here is the issue. Say I invite everyone into my one Workspace -- then each person would have access to all projects in the workspace, correct? The scenario I have a need for is the ability to create sub-accounts so that projects cannot be shared with everyone. Let's take for instance the real estate agent scenario. I would like to give 50 agents the ability to have their own workspace while being able to use my saved layouts. If I was to put them in only my workspace then they would be able to see my saved layouts / blocks. However, they would also be able to see all projects as well as leads from others.
I think you have the ability to do much more with this product but the lack of ability to share layouts to other workspaces via import or other is a huge missing opportunity.

Hi Raj
You said "The scenario I have a need for is the ability to create sub-accounts so that projects cannot be shared with everyone". Obviously we do not expect you to put all your client projects in one workspace and give multiple clients access to your single workspace.
Depending on your subscription plan, number of allotted workspaces change. If you are on the Personal plan, you can create only one workspace; this plan is not meant for client work. If you are on the Freelance plan which is meant for client work, you can publish 20 custom domains and can have 20 workspaces. If you are on the Agency plan, you can publish 100 custom domains and can have 100 workspaces. Our pricing plans are designed in such a way that each of your customers can have an independent workspace. We expect you to setup one workspace for each customer.

Yes, I fully understand this. The disconnect is happening because I want all my clients to have their own workspaces while still having access to my saved layouts.
If I create a new workspace and invite an agent, they will have no shared layouts etc - I will have to create them and save them again, and then they would have access to it.
This might be fine for 3-4 sub accounts but not 100. *I am interested in the agency plan*

I am hoping you understand the scenario (I find sometimes companies in Europe harder to communicate with unfortunately).
I want to buy an agency plan for 100 workspaces. I want each of my real estate agents to have one workspace for themself.
These real estate agents do not like to design or spend time on this kind of stuff. They want to be able to easily pull up a design and edit it. Thus, I need the ability to create saved layouts that they just need to click and edit.
Right now, If I invite a new agent to a new workspace - they have nothing in their saved section. I manually have to go and create a layout + choose one of my saved layouts + save the template again. Then they finally have access to it.
This is a long tedious process that obviously don't scale.

Hi Raj
Here are my responses to few of your points
- "I want all my clients to have their own workspaces while still having access to my saved layouts". This is possible with Brizy Cloud at the moment. If you have 10 workspaces/subaccounts and 10 different clients have joined these workspaces, all of them should have access to your saved blocks/layouts. However if you join their workspace, then they will not have access to your saved blocks/layouts
- "If I create a new workspace and invite an agent, they will have no shared layouts etc - I will have to create them and save them again, and then they would have access to it." I have not come across this issue. May be you should add me as a Team Member into one of your workspaces. I want to see if I have access to all your saved blocks/layouts
- "I am hoping you understand the scenario (I find sometimes companies in Europe harder to communicate with unfortunately)" May be when I have access to one of your workspaces, I can understand things better. By the way even though Brizy is headquartered in Europe, I am interacting with you from India.
- "Right now, If I invite a new agent to a new workspace - they have nothing in their saved section. I manually have to go and create a layout + choose one of my saved layouts + save the template again. Then they finally have access to it." Again, I have not seen this. If you can give me access to your project, I would like to take a look
If you would like me to take a look ay this issue, please invite me as a Team Member to one of your workspaces. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. Please assign me the "Manager" role.

Thank you KC, I have added you as manager as requested. Please let me know if you see my saved layouts.

Hi, just wanted to make sure you received access. I would love to buy the agency deal but this ability not to have my saved layouts show to users I invite to workspaces is the current deal breaker.

Hi Raj
I could login to your account. I could not see your saved blocks as a Team Member. We are seeing this for the first time. Checking it.
