Brizy Pro update breaks CSS

Brizy Builder Version 2.3.28

Brizy Pro Version 2.3.21

recently updated plugins on client site and it's not displaying correctly, seems the CSS isn't loading.

It displays correctly in the builder BUT after republishing the home page it still displays wrong. I purged cache no effect. I found this article but to no avail.

  Make sure the WordPress URL and the Site URL have the same, secured URL - httpS ;
  In this example, these URLs are not correct - https://jumpshare.com/v/z1TlsFvSYJuFsAODaU6U both should be httpS. Just add an S at the end of the prefix.
