Brizy License Key disappeared
Our license key has disappeared, and we cannot get to the field to add it back again.

Are you using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.27 and Brizy Pro 2.3.20? I don't know if I understand you correctly, but I think this field has disappeared and you don't have where to add the license? In this case, please disable the White Label option, after this, you can install the license. For more information please see this video.

I'm having the same issue. A client just had an important launch, and their site was in complete disarray the next day. I keep having to plug in the license. They are in the middle of a campaign, so pretty urgent.

I guess this isn't very clear. I have responded in different ways, and it appears you are also added as a user. I sent you my login info as well. Hopefully you received my last email.

I have received the last email you sent me. I am able to login. I do not see a notification in your WordPress Dashboard about Brizy license. What would you like me to check? Please specify the page and any any other relevant details.
There was a mistake in the Contact Form fields. I have fixed it. I have filled up the Contact Form for testing. Please check if you have received my test enquiry.

I cleared that message when I went in to fix the website and had to add the license again to fix the website issue. It dropped all the global settings as a result and disconnected some APIs. Do you know if this going to be a continuous problem that it keeps removing the license key?

I've gone ahead and deactivated those plug-ings. I also noticed this message. I saw Blocksy theme is activated. Should this be installed?

Hi Carla,
Yes; please continue to use Blocksy theme which has proven compatibility with Brizy. This is part of the strategy to avoid using themes/ plugins which has potential incompatibility with Brizy so that the Brizy license issue would not resurface.
