Redirects not working

Hi there, I kindly need your assistance because it seems like redirects are not working properly. More specifically, I've created many redirects because I have changed the URL structure. 

For example the old: 

> https://www.softsystemsrl.it/Azienda.htm

It's supposed to be redirected with a 301 to

> https://www.softsystemsrl.it/azienda

But it's not working at all. 

Am I missing something?
