Hello,

I've created a redirect on my project settings, but it doesn't seem to be working.

How long does it take for the redirect to be applied? Or am I doing something wrong?

  What do you need specifically?

   

  I've configured the redirect, and it doesnt work. Try going to the redirect link here:

  https://staxio.tools/black-friday

   

  And it says page not found, when it should be redirecting.

  Hi again,

  Your page "Black Friday"  is saved in Draft.  

  This is why the redirect does not work. Please make sure your page is published. After that, you will not have any troubles. Hope this helps!

  I have the page published and the redirect is still not working.

  The page https://staxio.tools/black-friday looks a mess now.

  you haven't even paid attention to what I have shared so far.

  Sending me a link to a document instead of reading thru this support ticket is easy. Please pay attention to what I have written and asked so far.

  I have already read that article and it helped nothing.

  The redirect is created in Brizy could settings, and I have the page published.

  AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.

  What else do I need to do?

  My redirect still doesn't work. It's been more than 1 month.

  I've tried redirects on all my projects and nothing works, redirects on Brizy could don't work.

  How long until you fix this issue?

  This issue was fixed already. Can you please add this format for the redirects :/ /brack-friday ?
