Contact From Does Not Work

Yes! I'm currently up to date with both Brizy Free 2.3.18 and Brizy Pro 2.3.14.
Is the performance of the contact form closely tied to the updates of brizy? Does this mean that if I don't update for a few days I could be risking not getting my emails?? I ask this because these contact forms are very important for the functioning of my business, I guess I could use contact form 7 instead until the brizy form is more stable, let me know if this is recommended for now.The problem seems to be with the top main form (the big one) I tried recreating/duplicating and still doesn't work, once you click submit it doesn't do anything. The form at the bottom works fine and the settings are the same (The only issue with the form at the bottom is that the emails are delivered waaaay delayed, any idea why that is??)

Ok, so I tried building the form again and again, to see at what point the feature breaks.
- Started from scratch
- Added the fields TEXT, EMAIL, URL and PARAGRAPH
- Designated required and non-required fields
- Adjusted the size for different devices
- Added my email to the settings
- Started testing, everything: Perfect
As soon as I added the FILE field (for users to upload an image) it broke and stopped working. The form must have this field available and working, not only that but it needs 2 of them at least.
I kept 2 forms 2 versions of the same form on the page, configured the same way, the top one has the FILE field and the second version doesn't have the FILE field. Please test them out, you will notice that's the only difference between them, yet the first one doesn't work and the second one does.I took my time to run many tests on this and I managed to narrow it down, please take a look at it and let me know how I can move forward, thank you!!

Ok, I just replied to the email with all the information to log in, please let me know what the solution is because I have 2 other cloned websites, that way I know how to fix it on those too

Same problem here.
Form doesn't work using SMTP in it or using SMTP by wp module and using wordpress to send messages.0 -
