Can't find the new Spirit layout

I am embarrassed to say that I can't find the new Layout "Spirit". I have Brizy Pro LTD with Cloud.

    I sent an email reply. In your photo you have 120 categories. Why do I only have 99?

    I will send a photo later today as I am not at my laptop.

    I am in Brizy Cloud Pro. I haven’t checked the desktop.

    I do not have the same picture - it's as if, it as not been updated at all since the beginning.

    I have 99 categories & not 120.

    I have 18 Free - you have 19.

    Business: 43 - you have 53

    I have tried logging in and out: the same.

    The DESKTOP version is correct! I have the same as your picture. The problem seem to be with the Cloud version.

    Perhaps my Cloud site should be moved to an up to date cloud site?

    There is obviously a problem which needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

    Is anyone available? It’s been 2 days and no one has “approved” my comments for help!

    I can’t use Brizy Cloud because it has NOT been updated since the beginning.
    I need to be moved to a cloud server that works.
    I understand you are busy but not to respond at all doesn’t give me confidence. This is the first time I have asked for help & it’s a major problem. I have even given screenshots!

    Hi Rosalind,

    Sorry for the late reply, support is limited on weekends.

    In this project, you have only 99 categories and not 120 because your project was created before Feb 5. All the projects created prior to 5 February 2021 (the day we added the blogging functionality) will not have access to the blogging features and the new layouts. Please see this article. We are sorry that this is not done yet but we are working on it. It is of course on the list, but we need a bit more time because it is a complex and detailed feature and we want to release it tested and well-integrated.

    As a solution for the moment, I can suggest re-build the website again, you only need to save the layout, update the project, then insert the layout to the new project. Here is an article where you can find more information about it.
