Brizy Form goes to a blank page when you click submit

I am having an issue with my contact form. I have set it up to send notifications through smtp. I have used this same method on multiple different websites. However, this time when I test the form and click "submit", it goes to a blank page with a 0 in the top left. Please help.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please deactivate your cache plugin, then please fully reinstall Brizy Free and Prog plugins (deactivate, remove, install again) and clear the website cache and check your page again.

  I too am having this issue and I followed the above steps and it did not resolve the issue.

  Hi Isaac,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please try the following and see if this will help.

  1. Try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this will resolve the issue.
  2. If switching themes, didn't help, also try to disable all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro, and see if this makes any difference.

  If all the above fails, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io
