publishing domain
hi, I am brizy cloud pro user, tried several times to publish custom domain but it doesn't show up, changed cName and A record both in godaddy, but it is not showing doamin name in the project tab in brizy cloud, pleases help me out of this one, thanks.

Could you please send us a screenshot of DNS settings from the domain registration? Did you follow all these steps https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect .Could you please check if you set up the AAAA record? If you have set up it, could you please delete it? Are the records in the project settings green? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. If you still have this problem please send us the URL of your project.

Hi, Thanks for your support as asked i am sending you the screen shot of custom domain and go daddy records, please help me to publish, I made this website in wordpress year ago, but all data too got deleted while transfer. Domain name is WWW.SPARKDREAMZ.COM Thanks.

I checked your site and I have the message with,,This page is not created,,. This means that you did not Publish our page. So, if your page is saved in Draft Mode, see here. Please Publish the page, see here, click on the Update, and after this on the Preview. Please send again the screenshots, here on the forum. You replied to the non-reply@zendesk.brizy.io email address; your last message was received as spam and we had to recover it, therefore we could not recover the screenshots from spam.
