Agency plan questions - Client payments process?

Hello,

1. Does $99 per year (before Sep 18) includes Agency white label plan & unlimited? Can I use this plan to sell to customers with white label?

2. Is there any additional monthly payment on top of $99/year for Agency plan?

3. If I sell subscription to a customer, how I will process the payments? Where this money goes first or is it transferred directly to my account?

4. Can I cancel agency plan anytime or are there any restrictions?

  Hi,

  thank you for your message.

  1. No. $99/year plan before Sep 18 is the Studio plan and it doesn't include the Whitelabel feature. Whitelabel will be available only in the Agency plan ($199/year).

  2. No, it's the only payment.

  4. You can cancel it at any time.

  Hi, So I can go to either $99/year or $199/ year plan? Is this correct? 2- can I go from $99 to $199 agency anytime paying difference? 3- can I switch on/off between studio and agency in case if it doesn't work for me? Thanks Anjum

  yes, you can but the Studio plan which includes unlimited sites for $99 will no longer be available after September 30 (updated date). The plan (Freelance $ 99) that will replace it will include 100 sites.

  2) yes.

  3) You can cancel your subscription anytime.

  Hello Alex Appreciate for your time. I just need one last clarification. I have purchased $99 per year studio plan. The questions unclear and for which I need help understanding: 1- I have $99 studio, what I have to do to go to agency plan? Do I need to pay the difference (additional $100) anytime later when I plan to subscribe agency? 2- I understand I can go to agency plan with same unlimited websites with price of $199 per year. Is this correct? 3- Say I go from my already purchased studio plan then go to agency. Can I cancel my agency plan and go back to $99 per year unlimited website again as I am your early adopter, paying customer? Thanks Anjum

  Yes, you will pay the difference when upgrading to Agency but I'm not sure if you want to do that, given that with Studio Plan you have unlimited websites, and with the Agency plan you have 500 websites. Rather you could buy Agency plan from another email and keep Studio here :)

  No, Agency Plan includes 500 websites.

  Say I go from my already purchased studio plan then go to agency. Can I cancel my agency plan and go back to $99 per year unlimited website again as I am your early adopter, paying customer?
