    My main concern with the two options is the following: I do not want to be the middle man/go-between between my customers and Brizy support. Will one of the white label options allow my customers to get support directly from Brizy if there is a problem rather than them coming to me and me going to Brizy and then Brizy getting back to me and then me getting back to them?     Hi Kristin,

    The white level option is only for the user that will buy this plan, not for all the clients who will have a website made with a white label. If your websites will have some questions/issues,  only you can write to the support team.

    So if I buy the reseller option, I understand that it will be 100% white-labeled, allowing my branding throughout. Brizy would handle the payments via Paddle, but would Brizy also directly handle support issues? Sorry if it seems like I am asking the same question, but I really need absolute clarity before I decide whether I am going to go with reseller or just stick with the affiliate program. Thank you.

    Hi  Kristin,

    Here on the support forum, we always try to find a solution for the problem that users have, we try to find the bugs, to offer different options to solve problems that you have encountered. In cases when we found that the problem is a bit complex and hard to reproduce on our test sites, we ask for the WP, FTP or Cpanel credentials to check the behavior of the problem directly from the user's dashboard. For these cases, we create a private ticket, and in such a way the user can be secure that his data are sent privately.

    Nelea, thank you for the clarification and for your patience. One more concern (hopefully my last): If I decide to go with one of the white-label options, would it be my responsibility to periodically check all of my clients' sites to ensure they are not violating any legalities (ex. Building a gateway to pornography)?

    Yes, you will have to check all the legal things on the websites of your clients, because these things are not relating to Brizy builder. We can help you only with the question regarding our builder, or different issues from your website.
