Is there a way to change 'Owner' status on a sub-account in Brizy Cloud
I currently have a Brizy Lifetime Deal under bimbisara@stylie.co but today I purchased an annual Studio plan under styliedotco@gmail.com as that is my business admin email.
I just now realized that the existing projects I have with bimbisara@stylie.co as owner might stop working when the free 2years expires in August 2022. I have made styliedotco@gmail.com the Manager but can't see how to make it the Owner of the sub-accounts.
Another solution would be if we could clone a whole website or transfer a site between accounts?
Or what do you suggest I do? Fortunately, there is still plenty of time to figure this out

Hi I just found out that LTD buyers could lock in the $99 studio plan to start after their free 2yrs ends.
This was not possible when I signed up on 1 September.
Is it possible for you to undo what you did?
I would like to keep my projects as they were with deleted by the Brizy team as the owner and refund the purchase I made under deleted by the Brizy team so I can purchase again under deleted by the Brizy team account to lock in the rate and save the free years.
I know this is late notice but I just found out about this change for LTD buyers. I hope this reaches you in time.
UPDATE: I have bought the Studio plan under my LTD account to lock in the rate. So all that needs to be done now is;1. refund the purchase under deleted by the Brizy team
2. switch back the project owner from deleted by the Brizy team

We already did that so you do not have to worry.

We can not do the switch for you. You either change it yourself by using the save blocks or you change the email.

We have looked into this and unfortunately we cannot change the owner. What you can do is to migrate the projects from one account to another. You can use for this the All in One Migration plugin. Migrate the projects to the account where you have the most of them and after you do that we will change the email to that account to the one you need. This is the solution. I’m confused. The projects are in Brizy Cloud not Wordpress so how can I use this plugin you suggested?
The projects are already all under styliedotco@gmail.com but my subscription is under bimbisara@stylie.co
I’m just trying to merge the projects and subscription to be under the same account. I don’t mind which email is used.0 -

Regarding what you said, first of all I am sorry for my misunderstanding and for recommending you a plugin. Second of all, you have projects in both accounts. We will merge for you but you are the one that has to migrate the projects from one account to another ( I refer here to the one where you have just two projects. Migrate those to the one with the more) because we are not able to do that. Another option, an easier one, is to delete those two projects. To migrate the projects you have to use the Team Member option. First, you need save all your blocks or the entire layout in the project. Then, invite the user email, as a manager, into your account. This user will create a new page + add all blocks (or layout) in this page. See this. Hope this clarifies everything!

There now no projects under bimbisara@stylie.co, all projects are under styliedotco@gmail.com
But my Lifetime deal and Studio plan annual subscription is under bimbisara@stylie.co
Can you please help make it so that the projects, lifetime deal and annual subscription are all under the same account.
I don't mind if it is styliedotco@gmail.com or bimbisara@stylie.co, I just need it all in the same place. Whichever is easier for you.
