SSL Issue & Redirect Issues

I have been an issue and I can't seem to get it fixed. 

First, my website just shows  "project cannot be found" when I type in the non-www in my chrome browser. However, when I am in the incognito mode it gets redirected to the www version, but the SSL says it's not installed. 

 

How can I get this fixed?

 

Secondly, I am trying to set up the redirect, I had a website in WordPress that had "/" at the end of the URL, but in Brizy cloud, it becomes a 404 page. I set up the redirect rules in the backed, but it's not redirecting??

  Thank you for your message.

  The SSL certificate was already propagated, please see here. Regarding the problem with the redirect, i see that you have already deleted all the links from the redirect section. For more information about Redirects please see this article.
