Problem with www and https://www using server sync

Hi, can you help me fix this problem. I publish my website using server sync, and yesterday it was successful, I check it using www.incbuss.id, https://incbuss.id, and https://www.incbuss.id

But today I only can access using https://incbuss.id, if I access it using www or https://www it show error like this

  Hi Nelea, thanks for your reply. Please check the video here , I try again today and the problem is opposite. Right now I can access it using www.incbuss.id but I can not access it using https://incbuss.id or https://www.incbuss.id

  The other problem, existing web that I already publish also have the same problem. I can access https://career.incbuss.id but I can not access www.incbuss.id the video is here 

  Can you suggest me what is wrong?

  Hi Arya,

  Please follow all the steps from this article and make sure that you have set up correctly the .htaccess, also see here.  All changes from the htaccess should be made before the Brizy folder is added to the server. In case that will be made some changes on the SSL, redirect www, or other actions, the site will have some problems and in this case, it is recommended to delete the project folder from the server and re-upload it again.
