Getting "Project data should exist" Notification

Working on a new website. When I tried to edit the page using Brizy, I get "Project data should exist" notification at the top of the page. Nothing loads, the page just keeps spinning.

    Hi Kinard,

    I have created private ticket for you, you should receive notification regarding this. In this ticket, please, provide us link to your website, admin access to WP dashboard and FTP credentials, we'll fix the problem.

    I got the same problem, did you guys find out what's the cause? 

    I use Plesk, would that be the cause of the problem?

    This error can not be fixed by our users, unfortunatly. I made a private ticket for you, please send me the wp credentials and I will fix this bug asap.

    @Alex -- I will provide those details in my ticket, but I am sure I am not the only one who does not appreciate  backdoor fixes which require sharing private credentials.

    I will tell you exactly what I did to get it to this point.  I was digging through a mysqldump I had created back in March looking for where Brizy stores the data that I had been creating in the page builder -- I was only able to locate significant entries in the 'wp_postmeta' table -- so I simply restored the data in that table.  I also have the filesystem data in a tarball from that point in time -- I have not moved those files into place yet.  When I  try to open one of the pages in Brizy it's throwing this error.  I will experiment with moving the filesystem data into place.

    Also, I will try to locate the ticket and add this information to it, as well as my private credentials you requested.  I will be sharing the ticket updates into this thread for anyone who runs into this issue in the future.

    Hi Patrick,

    Thank you for all these details. These are individual issues that happen in certain projects so we can only ask for login details and solve this privately per user.  At least for now.

    Same issue page says "Project data should exist" This is on brand new install cannot create a brizy page at all.

    I built replacement site in a 'dry-dock' subdomain then relocated to real live domain once ready. I have added a new dedicated license key to site however blank blue screen is displayed to users and I get this error when trying to access any pages for edit with Brizy :-(

    I can give 24hrs for resolution before I will have to resort to old site.

    Hiya, I resorted to the original/standard theme as this is a live commercial site. I have the new site working perfectly in a sub-domain. I have been out all day today but will be at my desk all day tomorrow.

    I would prefer to deal with this in a PM as the site is adult orientated and not suitable for tagging in this forum.

    I'm getting the same error on a fresh site and install - trying to create the first page. 
    Is this something that is going to be fixed / resolved in a soon to be released update so it doesn't keep happening to everyone?
