Brizy Cloud publication and white label

Hello

as most of our sites use the Brizy Pro plugin I would like to know how Brizy Cloud works.
We would like to use this publishing option

Since we can host our sites on your servers until November 2022, I would like to know:

1. there is a way to sync Brizy cloud with Brizy Pro and quickly upload sites to Brizy Cloud.
Or do I have to save all the pages and then physically create a site and do it all over again?

2. Do I have access to File Maneger when hosting sites on Brizy Cloud?
2.1 Is it possible to block IP addresses?

3. Email account I can manage it where I bought the domain. It's correct?

4. Site backup how does it work?

5. Physically the site is built on your subdomain. It's correct?

6. Then with the publication we have chosen "Custom domain"
Our Domain is displayed. It's correct?

7. If I go to the source code of a page on the site what do I see: your subdomain or my domain?

8. Site modification from Brizy cloud: when I make changes to my site how long will it take to take effect? I ask this because we have done a test of publishing with Server Sync and the changes are available after a few minutes.

9. I would like to understand what is the difference between "Brizy Cloud Reseller Program White Label"

    Hi Maria,

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    1. I’m not sure I understand your question. Brizy Cloud and Brizy Wordpess PRO works differently. You can sync the blocks / and layout from CLOUD - WP or vice versa, Buț you can not split Brizy WP PRO with Cloud project (you can not combine the builders).

    2.No,  you can’t have access to the file manager.

    2.1No, you can not block a certain IP address.

    3.Do you mean Brizy's Email account? This is your email used to register on the Brizy Cloud platform. It can be different from your custom Domain name.

    4.Site backup option will come in one of our next updates.

    5.Yes.

    6.Yes.

    7.You will see your domain.

    8.The Server sync update process will take up to 20 minutes.

    9.The Reseller program is a program that allows you to sell de Builder, as it is your builder, and sells different payment packages. Brizy white label option is similar to Brizy White label options, see here.

    thanks for the info.

    1. We understood that if we want to host our sites made with the Brizy wordpress plugin, we have to redo the sites using the layouts saved in the cloud library.

    3. by email account I meant site email. However I understand that I can manage it where I bought the domain.

    4. Good for backup option

    8 So, publishing a site on Brizy Cloud and choosing the publishing option "Custom domain" takes 20 minutes to see the changes on my page? It's correct?
    I thought 20 minutes was only needed on the "Server Sync" option where the site physically is on our servers, while with the "Custom Domain" option it is on your servers! Are you sure of this answer?

    9. I understand that this Brizy Cloud White Label option is on your road map

    It is similar to the function of the Brizy Pro White Label plugin.

    Hi Maria,

    1.You can save a page from Brizy WP and then sync it to the Brizy Cloud or vice-versa (from Cloud to WordPress). For this, you have the Save the entire page. This option you can find here. After this, the saved page (layout) you would be able to see here. After this, on the sync, the saved layouts, as well as saved blocks, will be synced to the Cloud (or WordPress).

    8.Server sync takes up to 20 min, publishing a Custom domain is almost instant if it is published on our servers (but you have to clear the browser cache), to publish an SSL certificate takes up to 24 hours to be installed.

    Reseller is when you sell the Brizy packages to your clients on your own site. These packages have the same options as the packages from the official Brizy site. You will sell these packages through our payment processor Paddle. For the Reseller program, you will need only your own site where you can sell Brizy packages.

    White Label is when you create a site for your clients (design, implementation, etc.) and you. want to hide the Brizy name from the dashboard and replace it with the name of your company or the name you want. White Lebel doesn't sell anything through our platform and has nothing to do with our packages.
