Before we proceed, however, I’d like to clarify one point. Your Personal Cloud plan does support custom domains. It allows you to publish one website on your own custom domain, so you can use your domain rather than a Brizy subdomain. If you’d like to publish additional websites on custom domains, you would need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or purchase additional single-site licenses.
If your concern is that you were unable to connect your custom domain, please follow the instructions in our guide: How to Add a Custom Domain. If you’ve already tried these steps and are still experiencing difficulties, please let us know where you’re getting stuck. We’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.
