Hubspot form submission API

Hello,

We use the HubSpot service-key integration with our Brizy cloud contact form. It sends contact details into a HubSpot list segment, as shown in https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043974891-Hubspot.

We need to retain every completed service request in HubSpot, including multiple requests from the same person. The form submission data going to a HubSpot list is sufficient for our use case.

Does Brizy cloud support HubSpot's form submission API? I looked through the Brizy docs and couldn't find anything.

Can your HubSpot integration send every successful Brizy form submission to a specific HubSpot form using HubSpot’s Forms submission API?

I'm not sure if I've missed any documentation, so if someone could point us in the right direction we would be greatful.

Are there any viable alternatives to the existing form integrations that could help us get form submission data?

I understand the Brizy does save each form submission, but we need the data extracted onto HubSpot.

  Thanks for looking into this. I believe this is the documentation (https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/legacy/marketing/forms/v3-legacy/submit-data-unauthenticated) needed to capture form submission events.

  Hello J M,

  Brizy’s HubSpot integration does not submit successful Brizy form submissions directly to a specific HubSpot form using their Forms Submission API.

  If your goal is to ensure that submissions are recorded against a particular HubSpot form, we recommend an alternative approach; recreate your form directly in HubSpot and embed it into your Brizy page. This allows you to use HubSpot’s own form functionality and associate submissions with the appropriate form.
