Subject: Inquiry: How to cancel annual Cloud subscription

Hello Brizy Support Team,
I have a question regarding my account. I currently have a Brizy PRO Lifetime license for the WordPress plugin, and an annual recurring subscription for Brizy PRO Studio (billed via Paddle, renewing on October 31).
I am planning to clean up my Cloud dashboard and cancel the recurring annual subscription for Brizy PRO Studio.

Before I proceed with the cancellation, could you please provide precise instructions on how to cancel this annual plan safely?
Furthermore, I would like to officially confirm that after the cancellation:
1. I will lose access to the Brizy Cloud premium features/projects under this account? Alternatively, will I still be able to access Brizy Cloud—without hosting sites on your servers—simply to create sites and export them?
2. My Brizy PRO Lifetime license for the WordPress plugin will remain 100% active, untouched, and valid for life under this exact same account.

    Let me clarify your questions so you can make an informed decision about your Brizy Pro Studio subscription.

    1. How can you safely cancel your Brizy Pro Studio plan? If you’ve decided to cancel your subscription, simply confirm your decision here, and we’ll take care of the cancellation for you.
    2. What happens after you cancel your Brizy Pro Studio subscription? Your existing projects will not be deleted. They will remain published and accessible through their assigned brizy.site domains. However, you will no longer be able to connect custom domains to your Brizy Cloud websites.

      You can also continue creating new projects in Brizy Cloud and use its Pro features, except for the ability to connect custom domains. If you’d like to continue using your own custom domains after cancelling, you can host your websites outside Brizy’s infrastructure using the Server Sync publishing option. With this approach, you’ll be responsible for arranging and managing your own hosting, CDN, domain configuration, and website security.
    3. What happens to Brizy PRO Lifetime license? Your Brizy PRO Lifetime license for the WordPress plugin will remain fully active and valid for life under your account. Cancelling your Brizy Pro Studio subscription will not affect this lifetime license.

    Thank you very much for the clear explanation and for confirming that my WordPress Lifetime license will remain untouched.
    Since I do not have any custom domains hosted on your servers for this account, this cancellation will not affect my current WEBSITES (6) on brizy cloud.
    Please proceed with the cancellation of my Brizy Pro Studio annual subscription from your end.
    I look forward to your confirmation. Will I also receive an email notification from Paddle regarding the cancellation?

    Hello Maria,

    We’ve cancelled your Brizy Pro Studio subscription, and your access will remain active until November 3, 2026, when the subscription expires. Paddle will not send you a separate email notification confirming this cancellation.
