Custom Sectigo OV SSL certificate on Brizy Cloud custom domain
Hi! I have a custom domain connected to my Brizy Cloud website: www.inspiredbookingsbychristine.com.
The domain is registered and DNS-managed through IONOS. I purchased an IONOS SSL Business / Sectigo InstantSSL OV certificate and completed Sectigo's Organization Validation process. The certificate has been issued specifically to www.inspiredbookingsbychristine.com and is valid.
However, when I inspect the certificate currently being served by my live Brizy site in Chrome, it shows a Let's Encrypt DV certificate, not my Sectigo OV certificate.
I specifically purchased the OV certificate for its organization-validation and business-trust features, so I would prefer to use it rather than the automatically provided Let's Encrypt certificate.
Does Brizy Cloud support installing a third-party/custom SSL certificate for a connected custom domain?
If so, what is the process for installing my Sectigo OV certificate and its required certificate chain/private key?
If Brizy Cloud does not support custom SSL certificates, is there another supported configuration that would allow my domain to present my Sectigo OV certificate while continuing to use Brizy Cloud for the website?
Thank you!

Hello Christine,
Brizy Cloud currently uses Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates exclusively and does not support custom SSL certificates, such as your Sectigo OV certificate. If you need to use your Sectigo OV certificate, an alternative would be to host your website with IONOS or another hosting provider and publish it using Brizy’s Server Sync option. With Server Sync, you can continue using Brizy Cloud to build and edit your website, while the website itself is hosted on your own hosting provider, where you can manage the SSL certificate. You can learn more about "Server Sync" option in our guide: Server Sync Publishing Guide.
