    Hi Rafael,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please try to reproduce the issue with all other plugins temporarily disabled, leaving only Brizy and Brizy Pro active? This will help us determine whether another plugin is causing a conflict with the form integrations.

If the issue continues, please send us your WordPress login details so we can inspect the issue directly on your website. Kindly send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    Hello Ariel,

I already sent the details for you to inspect the issue. After disabling all other plugins, the issue remains, so please go ahead and review it please.

    Regards,
    Rafael

Hi Rafael, it looks like the site credentials you provided aren’t working. Could you please review them and resend the correct login details so we can access the site and investigate the issue?

    Try again, please. Same credentials.

Hi Rafael, the credentials are now working, thank you. However, we’re still unable to access the site because 2FA is enabled.

Could you please temporarily disable 2FA so we can log in and inspect the issue? You can re-enable it once we’re finished.

Sorry about that. You can try again.

Hi Rafael, it looks like the issue may be isolated to your website, as we’re unable to reproduce the same behavior in our test environment.

One possible cause could be ModSecurity or another server-level security rule blocking the request. Could you please check your hosting panel to see if you can temporarily disable ModSecurity? If not, you may want to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server logs to see what’s causing the request to fail.

Please let us know how it goes. If needed, you can also send us your hosting panel credentials and we’ll take a look from our end.

It was not the only website where I was having the same issue.

However, after disabling Web Application Firewall I was able to edit the form.

    Thanks for your support.
