Is brizy server sync working properly i am not getting my websites loading properly example this one here https://dtjcare.co.uk/ what could be the issue?

It looks like Server Sync is not currently active for this project, which may be causing the issue with the website not loading properly.
Could you please follow the steps in our support article to set up Server Sync:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-SyncIf you’re unable to set it up yourself, you can also provide us with your hosting control panel login details, and we’ll set up Server Sync for you and make sure the site is working properly afterward.

Thank you for your patience.
Upon checking, the issue appears to be related to your hosting server's Web Application Firewall or ModSecurity. Brizy's connection request is returning a 403 Forbidden, which indicates that a security rule is blocking the request.
We were able to successfully run Server Sync through https://demo.brizywp.site/, confirming that Server Sync is working correctly.
Your hosting control panel doesn't provide an option to modify or disable ModSecurity, so this will need to be checked by your hosting provider. Please ask them to check their ModSecurity/WAF logs for requests to:
GET /cloud/connect
They may need to whitelist this request or exclude the specific ModSecurity rule causing the 403. If needed, they can also temporarily disable ModSecurity to confirm whether it is the cause.
Once they've made the changes, please let us know and we can test it again.
