Fresh Install of Wordpress and Cannot Install Starter Template

Hello,  

I have a fresh install of Wordpress for a website (thelastnote.org), attempting to install a starter template and receive error  "Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us."

Installed Plugins:

Brizy, Brizy Pro with valid license, Blocksy Companion -  deactivated others just in case

Theme is Blocksy 

Attempted several templates resulting in the same error.

  We received them; however, the password provided does not appear to be working. Could you please review the credentials and send us the correct password again?
